Everything you see here is crafted by me, from the words to the photos to the ideas. I plan the trips, take the photos, write the stories and curate the guides. All is based on my own experiences. Plan and Escape isn’t a giant travel engine writing about everywhere for everyone. It’s just me. But that also means you can trust what I recommend. If I write about a place, it’s because I’ve been there, connected with it and believe it’s worth your time.

I’m not here to tell people to quit their jobs and travel full-time. I’m also not going to sell you a “how to travel and work remotely” course. That’s not my thing. What I do want is to help people get more out of their travels. Whether it’s a year-long backpacking trip, a weekend getaway, a slow Italian road trip or a cozy staycation.

Because travel is for everyone, and every trip has the potential to be meaningful.

MY APPROACH

Responsible, slow and sustainable travel is at the core of what I do.

Over the past few years, I’ve made plenty of mistakes, learned even more lessons and completely shifted how I think about what it means to be a good traveler.

Through my stories and guides, I try to share small, practical ways to travel more consciously. Things we can all do, no matter the destination.

Because being a more mindful, respectful traveler not only protects the places we love. It makes the journey itself so much richer.

Plan and Escape was built on a love for slow travel, conscious choices and authentic experiences. I create everything you see here, from photography to written content, based on first-hand experiences. This means my audience knows they can trust my recommendations.

I’m not selling a lifestyle of “quit your job and travel the world.” I’m simply helping people make the most of the time and means they already have. Whether that’s a spontaneous European city break, a weekend road trip, or a long-awaited honeymoon.

Sustainability, respect and cultural curiosity guide every part of this platform. And I do my best to raise awareness of simple practices that help protect the places we visit.
